Frequently asked questions
When can I sign up for a Marketplace (ACA) health plan in Michigan?
Open Enrollment starts November 1 each year. Outside that window, you may still qualify for a Special Enrollment Period after a life change like losing job-based coverage, moving, getting married, or having a baby. Get an individual or family quote.
When can I sign up for or change my Medicare plan?
Your Initial Enrollment Period is the 7 months around your 65th birthday. If you already have Medicare, the Annual Enrollment Period runs October 15 to December 7, with changes starting January 1. Book a free Medicare consultation.
Can I get help paying for health insurance?
Many people qualify for premium tax credits that lower the monthly cost of a Marketplace plan, based on household income and size. We’ll check what you qualify for at no cost.
Can my small business offer health insurance?
Yes. Small group plans are generally available to businesses with 1 to 50 employees. Get a group insurance quote.
Does it cost more to use a health insurance broker?
No. Insurance companies pay us, so you pay the same premium whether you enroll with us or on your own.
